Acai bowls are the delicious foodie trend that has never lost momentum, and it’s easy to see why when they are so aesthetically pleasing! When combined with the right toppings, the quintessential smoothie bowl is a great source of protein, fiber, antioxidants, and healthy fats. This recipe is super quick and easy and is the perfect summer breakfast.

Acai Bowl (VG, DF)

Serves 1 | Calories 417 | Fat 20.4g | C 61g | Protein 20.1g



  • 100g frozen Acai sachet
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 20g protein powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 10g granola
  • 1/2 a banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp of almond butter or cacao & nut butter
  • Approx 100 – 150ml of cold water



  1. Break up Acai sachet and add to a high speed blender along with the blueberries, protein powder, and about 100ml of cold water. Blend on high until combined, slowly adding in more water until desired consistency is achieved.
  2. Spoon Acai mix into a bowl, then top with sliced banana and other toppings.
  3. Enjoy immediately whilst it’s still icey cold!
