Apple and Cinnamon Loaf (V, DF)

Ingredients
- 2 cups self-raising flour (I use Orgran gluten-free)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 cup Apple Purée
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Nutmeg
- Two apples cored & chopped
Method
- Heat the Oven to 180 degrees.
- In a medium bowl add all of your ingredients aside from your apple and mix until smooth before then folding in the apples.
- Add the mixture to a greased loaf tin and bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
