1. Tell me about yourself. what do you love?
I studied Fashion Styling and never thought I would end up in the fitness industry. I was never very good at sport when I was younger, I was shy and not athletic. I fell in love with the gym and training because I felt so much more confident in myself when I started getting stronger and seeing my body change.
Training definitely brought me out of my comfort zone, a feeling I am learning to love. When I am not training one of my favourite pastimes is spending time with friends, going out for dinner and catching up on my favourite TV series.
2. If you could wave a magic wand and achieve your fitness goal what would it be?
I love training hammies and glutes so if I could wave a wand and achieve anything in an instant, it would be for some serious leg growth! I would also like to try powerlifting, I have always admired seeing chicks lift big numbers.
3. When training a client what makes you the happiest?
When coaching clients it is really important for me that they understand the ‘why’ behind doing a particular training method or nutritional approach. Additionally, I want them to know how I am progressing them to their future nutritional and training goals. When they get it, and they start noticing changes in movement, strength and confidence, I’m happy!
