Choc ‘Snickers’ Bites (VG, DF, GF)

Serves 8 | Calories 200 | Fat 10g | C 29g | Protein 10g



  • 1.5 tbsp of coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbsp of coconut or Almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Almonds
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 8 Medjool Dates
  • 3/4 Cup Melted Dark Choc
  • Salt for seasoning



  1. In a small bowl mix all of your ingredients aside from the dates and dark chocolate.
  2. Remove the pip from your dates and fill the gap with your ‘snickers’ paste before putting in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes
  3. Using a double boiler melt your chocolate
  4. Prepare a tray with baking paper before dipping your stuffed dates in the melted chocolate and roll around to coat before pitting them on the tray.
