1. Tell me about yourself and what you are passionate about?
Coming from a sporting background I’ve always loved keeping fit and challenging myself in the gym, adventuring out doors running or exploring new sceneries, getting my master chief on in the kitchen and having a good old laugh!
2. If you could achieve your fitness goals by waving a magic wand, what would you wish for?
Be as fast as lightening, box jump my height and hit 110kg deadlifts! TBC
3. When training a client what makes you the happiest?
Seeing the positive progress the client goes through mentally, physically and in their lifestyle. While also being able to push them to achieve things they never thought were possible is what makes me smile everyday coming to work!

I hop between drakes new album and workout beats on Spotify (little more upbeat)
