Our Queen of Lean events are the cornerstone of our community. The events are all about coming together, breaking a sweat and sharing wisdom and knowledge on how to take your results to the next level.
So often in your fitness and transformation journey you can feel that not many people understand your purpose. Yet these event days and this community are about being around other women who understand you. Most of all, we understand your goals and your purpose.
It’s about giving you inspiration and reigniting a passion for your current goal. Calendar events will be scheduled throughout the year which will include things such as charity days, goal setting seminars, cooking ideas and strength testing days. Love Your Guts 2!

Who is this for? All HQ Members & Non Members
Off the back of our successful first Love Your Guts charity day, we have decided to do it all again! A sensational event will be held at our headquarters for both members and non members to share in an awesome sweat session as well as learning how to cook some ‘gut-healing’ foods whilst raising money for Charity. This special event group training session will light up Headquarters bringing everyone together to feed off each others energy and have an awesome workout. This session is designed to suit all levels and will leave you feeling energised and amazing for the weekend ahead.
After sweating it out, we will transition into a cooking demonstration from our very own, Kerry Lomas. Kerry is a school teacher by day with a fierce passion for natural health remedies. Her expertise is in sourcing natural healing foods and creating tasty recipes. She will be sharing with us an array of recipes including, raw chocolate, fermented vegetables, whey and cream cheese, golden latte, turmeric paste and ghee.
