Is it time you invested in cultivating a little more sparkle, love and happiness in your everyday life? Would you like to learn more about how you can breakthrough mental health issues, as well as being a part of the solution to help raise awareness?

The Bright Side is a special Queen of Lean event on 23rd March in celebration of the International Day of Happiness. On this day we are hosting a yoga session as well as sharing information to help women live their best lives. We are passionate about having a supportive and safe community where women can come together and thrive in both their physical and mental well being.

We would love you to come along and bring a friend or family member to share the experience. Together we can send the message that if you are struggling,  you are not alone.

11.00 am Project Happy
 
Coaches Dee and Belle are discussing 5 Practical Steps you can implement into your Daily Life to enhance your happiness, as well as to assist you through times when you feel you a struggling.
11.30 am Empowering Your Happiness

Electra is an accredited psychologist with a Master of Organisational/Industrial Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Human movement. This means she is extremely passionate about the body and the mind and the link between wellbeing and performance. She spends her Monday to Friday working with businesses to get their culture and people ‘stuff’ right.  She facilitates workshops as well as one on one coaching sessions. In her spare time, she is a Performance and Wellbeing Coach.

Throughout her journey, Electra has founded and run multiple successful businesses within the health and hospitality industry (Healthy Self Co, SOS Cafe & Wholesum). Electra will be presenting on mindset, resilience and how to create healthy habits using the latest science backed approaches. 

12.30 pm Intentional Yoga Flow
A beautiful yoga flow with Alex Grivas integrating movement and special intention, which you will set for the session and life beyond this day. 
 
12.45 pm Bright Side Fire Release
A fire pit session which is a transformative ritual to help you release negativity or pain. We take your yoga intention and use this powerful tool as a symbol of wisdom, knowledge and purification to release and let go.

Yoga Session 

Come and take part of a relaxing mind and body 30 min yoga session with Alex Grivas.

Beyond Blue

Beyond Blue is an independent not- for- profit organisation working to address issues associated with depression, suicide, anxiety disorders and other related mental disorders.

Collecting monetary donations  

We are raising money for Beyond Blue in the month leading up to this event, as well as a gold coin donation on the day.
