Continuing our ‘glute series’ with one of our favourite the Glute Hamstring Raise. This exercise can be quite advanced yet in this clip we have also shared an easier version you can incorporate with bands to help you progress to body weight. We love this because targets the posterior chain of the body (glutes, lower back and hamstrings) which is essential for strength, postural balance and preventing injuries.
