Commonly tight from the volume of sitting we do these days, stretching this area is essential for good posture and avoiding lower back disk issues. These band mobility stretches are something that I learnt through my studies at the FMA Strength Institute and are so amazing for targeting and mobilising the muscles as well as stretching from the joint capsule to increase the response.
