1. Tell me about yourself and what you are passionate about.
I am a self confessed goal crusher who loves a good laugh. When I’m not rocking my game face on in the gym I am outdoors with my husband and our fur-baby, either watching TED talks or enjoying coffee at one of our many favourite cafes.
Prior to embarking on my own fitness and wellness journey I had spent three years climbing the corporate ladder. It was only when I experienced first hand the positive impact a coach can make to another persons life that I decided on a career change. Being a coach enables me to inspire and empower others to achieve, and this in turn motivates me to continue to learn and to grow.
2. If you could achieve your fitness goals by waving a magic wand, what would you wish for?
What better way to conquer your fitness goals than a trekking holiday. Exploring new vistas in great locations like South Americas Inca Trail, Bolivias Huayna Potosi, Chiles Torres del Paine National Park, Argentinas Fitz Roy Range and Laguna De Los Tres.
3. When training a client what makes you the happiest?
The privilege of witnessing a client accomplish something that they never thought possible, whether it’s a lift, or fitting into their skinny jeans. And, the daily interaction with physically and mentally strong women who thrive in spite of life’s adversities inspires me jump out of bed in the morning.
4. Favourite Workout Track or Playlist?
Depending on my mood it could be anything from A$AP mob or a good RNB playlist.
