1. Tell me about yourself and what you are passionate about

I’m 21 years old, I grew up on a farm about an hour north of Bendigo. I did work experience in an all women’s gym when I was 16 and loved every second of it. Fast forward a few years, I have recently completed my Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science in Dec 2019. Outside of my role at QOL, I am a part of the High-Performance Department with the Carlton FC AFLW and VFLW teams, where I am involved in rehabilitation, performance preparation, and strength & conditioning. I am passionate about working with women in this industry. In particular, I have a strong passion for rehabilitation and injury prevention. I LOVE helping women push through mental and physical boundaries to rebuild the strength and confidence to return to work, playing sport and to go about their busy lives without pain!

2. If you could achieve your fitness goals by waving a magic wand, what would you wish for?

I’d love to squat double my own body weight and do 20 unassisted Pull-Ups!!

3. When training a client, what makes you the happiest

The look excitement and beaming smile on the client’s face when they finally reach that long term goal they have been working towards or hearing how their life has transformed from changing their lifestyle.
