Yet so many struggle with confidence and or knowledge regarding correct technique and the type of training which will get their body to respond. So often you will find women resorting to cardio alone, even though they know they could be achieving better results in the weights room.
Working closely with one of our experienced coaches is the perfect way to abolish any confusion around training. Your coach can drive you to push outside of your comfort zone and share their refined knowledge regarding technique. Your training will be fun and focused and you will feel parts of your body activate that you might not have felt before! We love helping you to set performance goals that will take you to new heights.
When developing your personalised programme we implement an initial range of motion and strength testing protocol. This enables us to combat past injuries, realigned posture and to ensure you are achieving your very best strength results. Your programme is rotated every 3-4 weeks meaning that you have both variety in your training as well as ensuring that you continue to bank amazing results.
We constantly see our Personal Training clients achieve amazing results like, huge body fat percentage drops or the ability to squat over a hundred kilos. Soaring results which without coaching they would never have been able to experience.
