Yes it is no surprise that at that Queen of Lean we love strong glutes. They are what are our big moving muscles and are important for strength, preventing injury and are what look good in jeans. This clip is giving you a slightly more advanced version on last week’s glute med activation by taking it to a standing position doing a Side Step with a Band. This is a great warm up and perfect for doing these at the beginning of your session before hitting the bigger and more compound exercises. This is particularly good if you know that your glutes are a weak spot and you have trouble keeping tightness where your knees fall in.
