One of the things that we absolutely love at the Queen of Lean is teaching women how to train and how to achieve results! We know that by sharing our in-depth technique knowledge this in turn empowers you with knowledge, confidence and of course strength and tone. Through our many years experience in the industry we have come to learn that when you ‘nail’ the form, the strength carry over is far greater as well as projecting yourself from injuries. You start to experience a range of increased benefits from every exercise and every session you put in at the gym. For example when you are correctly activating through your core muscles when performing a Back Squat the need to train your abs separately in doing some type of crunch or plank is reduced. At the end of the day we are all busy and need to get the most each and every rep and set that you put in at the gym. We are here to teach how to do that.
