All Classes, including gym training classes and workout classes for women, are available in an intimate setting of 8 women per class, ensuring you feel ‘seen’ and have support with technique from our Coaches.

Classes are the perfect way to increase your training frequency in a supportive group. At the Queen of Lean, you can say goodbye to packed classes where technique can be overlooked and be a part of a semi-private, non-intimidating setting, and you have the support you need to thrive.

    This class is all about building the strength and conditioning you need to run faster, longer, and stronger. Combining targeted strength training with endurance work, it’s designed to improve your power, boost your performance, and help you feel unstoppable on every run. Perfect for runners and non-runners looking to take things to the next level!

    THE class if you are looking for shape, perk and to fill your jeans in ALL the right places. Booty Build is the perfect combination to work your legs and booty ensuring you burn body fat while creating tone and the best shape. If you’ve ever wondered what to do to build firmness in your glutes and legs, then you have most certainly found your answer.

    Booty HIIT is when activating and ‘switching on’ your core and glutes meet the ultimate fat burning protocol. This class crescendo is with short bursts of intervals, perfectly designed to effectively release stubborn body fat from cells allowing your body to burn it off.

    Our Lift class is a transformative strength training program designed exclusively for women seeking to embrace their inner strength and feel uber-empowered. Led by our amazing instructors, this class provides a supportive and inclusive environment where women can build physical strength and mental resilience.

    HIIT express is your ultimate result-in-a-flash class. You get in, work up a tremendous sweat, crank out endorphins and burn body fat, all in a 30min block! If you are time-poor and want results, this is most definitely the perfect way to train.

    A dynamic class combining strength and mat Pilates to specifically target your core & pelvic floor. Whether you want to avoid lower back issues or tighten your abs, this class will improve your posture while enhancing flexibility.
