  • Fit AF is a 12-week transformation program where you immerse yourself with our coaches amongst an amazing community of like-minded women to train and prepare for your summer fitness photoshoot.

    By taking on Fit AF, we give you the support and knowledge to take you on the road of shifting your identity and your body to bring out a super-fit version of you. After your hard work, you’ll feel confident, strong, empowered, and ready to take on anything.

  • There is nothing like the accountability of a photoshoot to drive your butt into gear and unlock your best transformation yet. Fit AF is the project where we achieve our best results. It is common for clients to drop 10% body fat or, depending on your starting point, 10kg on the scales. It is not just about what you achieve physically; our clients come away from this project with a higher value on investing in their health and fitness while also feeling happier and more confident.

WINTER WELLNESS QUEST

  • It’s a fantastic opportunity for you to stay committed to your well-being while having fun and winning prizes. All you need to do is complete 3 training sessions for a week which are a minimum of 45min and you’ll earn the chance to spin the wheel and win rewards!

super hot summer/winter challenge

  • SHSC & SHWC are seasonal team challenges we run twice a year. Our focus is bringing the community together to work on driving positive habits and consistency. If you are ready to improve your relationship with fitness, food and yourself while having loads of fun, then these challenges are perfect for you. This is an 8-week team event focused on rewarding you for creating more balance in your life. The more you hit training targets, take time for zen and invest in yourself, the more you gain points for your team in the hope of winning the overall prize.

  • The positive habit shifts that you implement will not only leave you feeling proud you’ll be motivated to continue on a healthy path well beyond the eight weeks. The Super Hot Challenge series will give you more energy, positivity as well as shifting some extra kg's.

PINK LADIES AEROBICS EXTRAVAGANZA

  • Let us bring back the old school aerobics class!

    In celebration of Mother's Day in May, we bring you this charity event that aims to raise awareness to fellow women about breast and ovarian cancer and raise funds for those who are affected by it. With this, we'll be able to help them in their journey to recovery through our own little ways

    100% of the proceeds will go to our chosen charity.

Events

Our Queen of Lean events are the cornerstone of our community. Throughout the year we like to host get togethers with our clients such as activity days like, barefoot Bowls, nature walks, and casual drinks catch ups. Our events are a fantastic way for our clients and staff to come together and connect with one another, build friendships, and promote wellness within a supportive and encouraging group of women.

RISE: Supporting women affected by dv

Last 28th of October 2023, we held a charity event in partnership with McAuley House to support women who are affected by domestic violence. In return for the participants donating toiletries, we conducted a free workout session suited to all levels. This cause was to raise awareness about DV and to give women leaving it something to look forward to as they move forward in life.
