Founder & Director The Queen of Lean

Amanda Rakusic is a former Physique Champion and Australian Powerlifting Athlete who broke several deadlifting records. She founded The Queen of Lean after realising women needed more rock-solid information regarding feeling fit and fabulous. Along with her team of seven Coaches, she creates a safe and supportive and motivational coaching approach. Amanda, now a Mum of two beautiful girls, is forever passionate about empowering women to prioritise their health and fitness. She has been featured in Oxygen, Health and Fitness and various television appearances. 

Jo

Coach

Jo loves to inspire through education, support and encouragement so you can achieve your desired goals. She's obsessed with building strong bodies, minds and souls to live your most confident life. Working with Jo you build confidence, shift limiting beliefs and find food freedom to enable consistency and happiness with your training and nutrition.

Jerri

Coach

Jerri is an inspiration leader encouraging women to reconnect with their mind, body, and soul. She helps women discover their own strength and confidence through weight training and mindful movement. Jerri’s sessions are nothing short of hyped energy and fun with lots of banter. She loves helping her clients transform their mindset around building sustainable healthy habits that are realistic and improve overall quality of life. Jerri has a background of powerlifting, prepping ladies for photoshoots/special events, combined with yoga teacher training and meditation practices. Get the mind strong and the body will follow.

Jacinta

Coach

Jacinta is a dedicated Personal Trainer/Coach at Queen of Lean, bringing a wealth of expertise to her role. With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science and a Masters in High Performance, she possesses a strong academic foundation. Her athletic background in Muay Thai, ice hockey, and soccer has instilled in her a profound understanding of the physical demands of sports and the importance of pushing boundaries and feeling strong.
With over 12 years of experience, Jacinta loves supporting women to bring out their best and unleash their body's full capabilities.

Nadia

Coach

Nadia, a Graphic Designer turned Personal Trainer, is passionate about guiding individuals towards their fitness goals through weight training. With a background in dance fitness instruction, she transitioned to the fitness industry in 2013. Holding certifications in fitness and Pilates, Nadia brings a wealth of experience, including roles at Fernwood Fusion and Fitness Kick Flemington. Her mission is to inspire others to embark on their own fitness journeys amidst their busy lives.

Ayla

Coach

Completing her qualifications in 2010, Ayla has worked in various gyms and studios throughout Melbourne’s inner city. With a focus on cross training and functional movements, she enjoys challenging the body with strength based lifts and HIIT style sessions. She also incorporates her training in yoga and mindfulness for a holistic approach. She’s currently completing her studies in Nutritional Therapy and she’s always happy to discuss any of your nutritional queries.
